Indusflow Systems — the company behind the SYNDi suite

Indusflow Systems is a Canadian financial software company headquartered in Markham, Ontario. For over two decades, we have built and maintained the SYNDi suite of applications — a family of purpose-built tools designed for lenders, investment managers, and financial administrators who need software that works the way their organization actually works.

We don't build generic banking platforms and apply surface-level customization. Every product in the SYNDi suite was developed in response to the real, specific needs of the organizations we serve — CDFIs, Indigenous Financial Institutions, agricultural lenders, Catholic dioceses, credit unions, mortgage investment corporations, and more.

Our approach is simple: understand your workflow deeply, build software around it, implement it alongside your team, and remain a responsive partner long after go-live. That philosophy has kept organizations on SYNDi for years.

Our Story

Two decades of building for the organizations others overlook

From a desktop lending tool to a cloud-based platform trusted by community lenders across two continents — this is how SYNDi grew.

Early 2000s

Indusflow Systems develops the first version of SYNDi Loan Manager — a desktop application designed to eliminate the spreadsheet-based loan tracking that was costing community lenders time and accuracy. The product addresses a clear gap: purpose-built loan servicing for smaller, mission-driven organizations that the major banking software vendors ignored.

Growth Years

The suite expands. SYNDi Mortgage Manager is developed for lenders managing syndicated mortgages and broker-originated deals — adding support for multiple investor funding, broker commission calculations, and registered investment tracking. SYNDi Investment Ledger follows, bringing portfolio management for stocks, bonds, fixed deposits, and short-term notes.

Caribbean Expansion

Indusflow establishes a Caribbean office in Chaguanas, Trinidad & Tobago, and launches SYNDi Payroll for Trinidad and Tobago — a full payroll management system handling employee records, payroll cycles, pay slips, and TD4 slips tailored to Caribbean regulatory requirements. The company now serves clients across two continents.

Cloud Era

SYNDi Online launches — a fully cloud-based loan management platform purpose-built for CDFIs, Indigenous Financial Institutions, agricultural lenders, dioceses, and non-profit revolving loan funds. No servers. No IT maintenance. Always current. The move to cloud allows SYNDi to serve organizations from any location and scale alongside their portfolios.

Today

The SYNDi suite now comprises six products serving lenders, investment managers, and payroll administrators across North America and the Caribbean. Indusflow continues to develop the platform in direct response to what its clients need — with active partnerships with Sage and QuickBooks ProAdvisor networks, and a growing presence in the CDFI, Indigenous lending, and agricultural finance sectors.
